The Provincial Hotel has long been known as the ‘grand old dame’ of Brunswick Street, but there’s something new afoot.
They’ve opened a rooftop bar, and just in time for spring!
- Provincial Rooftop
- 299 Brunswick Street, Fitzroy
Described as a “hidden gem” with an “eclectic cohesion of comfortable furniture (think vintage patio), rambling vines and dilapidated beauty”.
In other words, it’s so Fitzroy we can’t even deal.
The new rooftop bar opens on September 15, and ooooh boy, you better bring your drinking shoes.
The bar will have 10 beers on tap and cocktails which have us a wee bit excited.
Dance with the Devil
Rich, dark and slightly bitter undertone with vanilla, caramel and butterscotch notes
Pina Colada 2.5
Classic Pina Colada served “The Prov Way”
You’re Punching, Mate
A fruit punch throwing quick-pickled watermelon, pomegranate, mint and citrus flavours at each other.
Now let’s talk food. More specifically, let’s talk burgers.
The Prov team will be serving up:
The Johnson Jamma
Fried chicken, onion jam, cheese and bacon crispies
Mac patty, cheese and cheese Doritos
The Sticky Smith Street
Sticky pork, battered sausage and pickles.
The rooftop is open seven days a week, Sunday to Thursday from 12PM – 12AM and Friday to Saturday from 12PM – 1AM.
