We love drinking beers. But drinking exclusive beers? Now we’re talking.

Garden State Hotel head chef Ash Hicks tells Melbourne Lyf, the meals will have a emphasis on taste and aesthetics.

“We’ve concentrated on pairing a menu that highlights a beauty in both taste and presentation centred around local ingredients at their absolute peak of freshness and taste.

“We can’t wait to unveil the full creation on Wednesday night.”

While Jayne Lewis, one half of Two Birds says the dinner is a celebration of their success.

“Once upon a time there were Two Birds who dreamed of running their own brewery,” she says

“This unique and intimate dining experience at Garden State Hotel is a cheers to our happily ever after.”

We’ve been given a sneak peek at two of the courses for the event, and we’re excited.
